About Cowboy Coffee

Kent Rollins has been making cowboy coffee from his 1876 Studebaker chuck wagon for over 30 years. 

"Boiling coffee in a good seasoned pot, is the secret to cowboy coffee. By boiling coffee you take the acid out of the bean and it's the smoothest cup of coffee you'll ever drink." 

Cowboy coffee is boiled up and served from the same pots Kent uses on his wagon to give that authentic campfire flavor. 

However, along with boiled coffee, the shop serves up a variety of other hot drinks including espresso, lattes and cold brews as well.
